This was the perfect place for us to stay while attending things at Colorado college. In perfect walking distance to campus to get to our events. It’s was exactly as described. Though we didn’t spend much time in it but sleeping. It was clean and had plenty of bedding for the cold nights. We’d stay again anytime we’re down.

We loved staying here! Their place was perfect for the 3 of us. Super clean and beds were great! Wonderful to communicate with…very speedy. They were so flexible to let us leave our car a little longer after checkout. We hope to stay again next time we are in the Springs!

Nice place, great location. Frank very responsive and helpful. Fully equipped kitchen for full month stay. Easy walk to downtown and three blocks from Monument Creek park. Will definitely consider for any return trip!

I spent 2 months here this winter and hope to be back. it's a beautiful sunny spot, everything bigger than the pictures, clean and comfy, with a gorgeous view of the mountain and cathedral from the comfy porch chairs (you learn to love the econolodge too). real furniture, real kitchen, proper bedding. tucked in a quiet spot between the college & downtown; extremely walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, music store, churches in various denominations. a brand new coffee shop just opened up across the street (check out the bat-themed BAThroom) and corepower is right there if you're a yoga person. note: you're one storey up on outside steps which can be icy in the winter, but are otherwise well-maintained. at first the motel next door is a little garish but solo travelers might appreciate having that bright light on when you're coming home at night (bedroom is on the other side, don't worry). all in all, Ingrid & frank's place was everything I was hoping for. a perfect stay.

We stayed a week at Frank and Ingrid’s place. Cleanliness is always a priority for us, and this was the cleanest AirBnB we’ve stayed in over many years. The kitchen is well stocked which was also very nice since we had a lot of cooking to do. The place is comfortable and spacious and an easy walk to downtown. Really great value.

Penrose suite is a great place to stay in the Springs. You can’t beat the location, walkable to downtown and easily accessible to other CO attractions. The house is exactly how it’s described, comfortable bedrooms, lots of living space. The kitchen has everything you need, to include coffee (something I appreciate when traveling for just a few days). Ingrid and Frank are very friendly and responsive.

Frank and Ingrid have created a beautiful "Home away from home" with high ceilings original woodwork, and lots of antiques. Combined with lots of light, a comfy bed, a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and even a Britta pitcher to filter water, it was a great place to meet with family, to prepare meals, and to relax! I would highly recommend Frank and Ingrid’s place. They were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The place was clean, spacious and quite comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for my extended stay. Check in and out were a breeze. They made my stay well worth it.

They have a very nice apartment that is very comfortable, convenient and has all the comforts of home while you're away. I will definitely look to rebook on my next visit to CC.

The apartment was even better than the already great appearance in pictures. Charming—even an electric fireplace for charm. Comfiest bed I have laid in at a hotel or Airbnb!
